Anna Prosser from Portland, Oregon won the title of Miss Oregon USA 2011 and competed in the Miss USA 2011 pageant.
After finishing second runner-up in 2008 and third runner-up in 2009, Prosser won the title of Miss Oregon USA 2011 in the pageant held at the Riverhouse Convention Center in Bend, Oregon on October 3, 2010.[1]

Prosser was the valedictorian of her 2003 graduating class at Cleveland High School in Portland. After one year at Seattle Pacific University, she completed her education at Oregon State University in 2007, graduating with a BA in both International Studies and Speech Communication and a minor in Spanish.
Prosser is a soprano with the Oregon Repertory Singers.[2]
